We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager to spearhead product and market development efforts as well as supporting product development from inception through the commercialization process. You will partner with engineers, bankers, and numerous internal/external stakeholders to develop and commercialize products that meet the needs of OneEthos’ customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead internal technical conversations by outlining the technical design, being the owner of trade-offs between technical cost and business value and optimizing QA/testing.• Implement and manage robust risk systems throughout the Software Development Lifecycle to quantify and manage the company’s overall risk exposures.
• Define a clear and compelling vision for our products, aligning it with customer needs and larger business objectives.
• Rally and align stakeholders around the product vision, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to success.
• Continuously monitor the market, conduct competitive analyses, and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Create and maintain the company's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business objectives. Continuously update and communicate the roadmap to guide development efforts and maintain transparency across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities to maximize value and achieve business objectives.
• Create a shared knowledge base across larger teams, enabling independent decision-making that aligns with the product vision.
• Understand and represent user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Deeply comprehend the company's business model and how it relates to product strategy.
• Be knowledgeable about the history of products and their evolution to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO and refine the product strategy and vision, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall business goals.
• Assist CEO launching the installer support department.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills characterized by excellent writing and speaking skills with the ability to compose professional correspondence.
- Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and use new technology.
- Must be well organized and articulate with attention to detail.
- Possess effective listening skills; multi-tasking skills; and able to function well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
- Ability to work independently, under limited direction and supervision, exercising independent judgement, referencing available resources, and demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:
- Sustained standing and sitting.
Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
